Additional Terms & Conditions for Events and Brand Ambassadors

Event Services Terms

For clients booking tastings, demos, or staffing through Liquid to Lip:

All event bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand and product information for ambassador training.
Liquid to Lip reserves the right to replace or reassign Brand Ambassadors due to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances.

Ambassador Code of Conduct

For individuals working with Liquid to Lip:

All ambassadors must follow brand guidelines, dress codes, and conduct expectations set forth before each event.
Failure to meet event standards or submit post-event reports may result in non-payment or removal from future opportunities.
Misrepresentation of a brand, unprofessional behavior, or no-shows will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of partnership.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liquid to Lip, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
